QAHE Signs Memorandum of Understanding with All Pakistan Private Schools' Federation for Reciprocal Recognition and Collaboration

 

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is pleased to announce the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the All Pakistan Private Schools' Federation (APPSF). This MOU marks a significant milestone in establishing reciprocal recognition and exploring potential collaboration between the two esteemed organizations.

 APPSF, as the single largest, representative, and registered federation for all private schools in Pakistan, including Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Islamabad, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Azad Kashmir, plays a vital role in shaping the education landscape across the nation. With more than 100+ registered associations and organizations of private schools from all over Pakistan being part of the federation, APPSF represents a diverse and influential network.

 The MOU between QAHE and APPSF aims to foster cooperation, share best practices, and promote quality education in the private school sector. By joining forces, QAHE and APPSF seek to contribute to the continuous improvement and enhancement of educational standards in Pakistan.

 Under the terms of the MOU, QAHE and APPSF will:

1. Reciprocally recognize and promote the accreditation and quality assurance efforts of each other within their respective networks.
2. Explore opportunities for collaboration in areas such as research, professional development programs, workshops, and conferences.
3. Share knowledge and expertise in quality assurance practices, educational policies, and emerging trends in the education sector.
4. Facilitate the exchange of information and resources to support the development of quality education in Pakistan.

 This collaboration between QAHE and APPSF represents a significant step towards strengthening the private school sector's quality assurance initiatives and fostering educational excellence in Pakistan. QAHE and SCSPEB collaborate to elevate educational quality in Balochistan

The International Association for Quality Assurance in Pre-Tertiary & Higher Education (QAHE) is thrilled to announce a strategic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Society for Community Strengthening and Promotion of Education, Balochistan (SCSPEB). This significant collaboration aims to promote reciprocal recognition and elevate educational standards in the region.

SCSPEB, a leading organization dedicated to human development through community mobilization strategies, endeavors to establish government-community partnerships and promote education for all, especially girls. Recognizing the crucial role of engaging various stakeholders, including parents, communities, schools, education departments, and local governments, SCSPEB is committed to ensuring access to and quality of education.

SCSPEB's unwavering commitment and noteworthy accomplishments have earned international recognition. In 2001, the organization was honored with the prestigious UN Award from the UN Systems in Pakistan for its exceptional contributions to promoting female education in remote rural areas of Balochistan and pioneering the Community Support Process (CSP) model. SCSPEB stands as the sole organization in Pakistan to have received this esteemed accolade.

Since its establishment in 1993, SCSPEB has achieved significant milestones through collaborations with various partners and stakeholders. The organization's innovative initiatives, such as the Community Support Process (CSP) schools, Rural and Urban Fellowship Programs, Home Schools Program, and Parent Teacher School Management Committee (PTSMC) initiative, have made a lasting impact on education in Balochistan.

The strategic partnership established through the MOU between QAHE and SCSPEB will further strengthen SCSPEB's mission and expand its reach. By joining forces with QAHE, SCSPEB aims to leverage their combined expertise, resources, and networks to enhance educational opportunities and drive sustainable change in Balochistan.
